As we all know, every season there are a couple anime series that are selected to join the popular anime card game, Weiss Schwarz. This summer season there are actually a lot of series that possibly might come to Weiss.
Senki Zesshou Symphogear G: In the Distance, That Day, When the Star Became Music…
We all know that the first season is in Weiss Schwarz and it did lack some stuff but I’m sure we can forsure say that Symphogear G will be coming to Weiss. One reason is because the official TV anime website, has announced that the Openign CD will be bundling with a Promo Card.
Because of this Promo card, it confirms that a new set for Symphogear is coming. If you look closely at the bottom left corner of the card it says SG/W27-P01 PR. The first series was SG/W19. Of course we will most likely see more Tsubasa, Hibiki, and Chris support but we also might see Maria, Kirika, and Shirabe cards. If possible, some new Noise cards would be awesome.
Futawari wa Milky Holmes
It wouldn’t be a surprised if the new anime, 「Futari wa Milky Holmes」would get a set but instead of a Booster Box it would most likely get an Extra Booster because the anime is a short anime. Short anime meaning each episode is 12 minutes long. The 2 new characters, Kazumi (Black) and Alice (White) have already got a Promo Brainstormer which can only be received at Bushiroad events.
Choujigen Game Neptune – The Animation
It’s still hard to say if Neptune will come to Weiss but with all these cute characters it still has a chance. If not Weiss it will probably go to Victory Spark.
Fate/kaleid liner Prism Illya
TYPE-MOON’s new TV Anime, Fate/kaleid liner Prism Illya probably has a high chance of joining Weiss because of sets such as Fate/stay night, Hollow ataraxia, and Zero. Fate players might be able to mix in this series because it has the name Fate in it. If it does come to Weiss it would probably come as an Extra Booster with a lot of Rin and Illya support.
Danganronpa: Kibou no Gakuen to Zetsubou no Koukousei – The Animation
This is a series that probably has one of the lowest chances to join Weiss but it would be pretty cool if it did. With so much popularity it would be a waste not to bring it to Weiss. I’ll I want is a Ooyama Nobuo (Monokuma) sign because she is the OG Doraemon.
Monogatari Series: Second Season
Many were expecting Nisemonogatari but sadly Bushiroad did not license it. The reason was probably because of licensing a new title but the main reason was probably because Monogatari Series Second Season was going to be animated. Many want more support for Bakemonogatari and the series to have it is non other than Monogatari Series: Secodn Season.
